Art Donati - resident of corte madera since 1939

The Donati family came to Corte Madera from San Francisco in 1939, when Art Donati was just four years old and his brother Robert was eight years old.. At first, the family lived in a rented home on Palm Avenue, but soon bought a place of their own on Manzanita Avenue.
Art Donati was interviewed on December 28, 2015, at the home on Manzanita where he has lived for more than 70 years, and which he now shares with his brother's daughter, Sylvia, and her husband, Chikara, along with their two children.
